Estimator/Contracts Administrator
Location: Chadderton, Greater Manchester
Job type: Permanent
Salary: DOE
Description of responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in effective costing of work prior to quotation
- Assist the contracts manager in delivering projects to end users
- Carry out site surveys when required
- Liaise with the design team to produce both sales and working drawings
Essential skills criteria
- Successful negotiator with suppliers and customers
- Strong communicator and a true team player
- Competent with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel etc.
- A full driving licence

- Take design briefs and scope for estimator/designer to work with
- Carry out site surveys when required
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
Essential skills criteria
- A self-motivator with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in selling commercial office fit out and refurbishments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- A full driving licence
